We will be traveling 4/4 - 4/9. Orders received between 4/2 - 4/9 will be processed in the order they were received 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 we return in the order they were placed. ⁠We will have limited internet connectivity while traveling.

𝒫𝒮𝒜 | There are only 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐬 behind this business. We create each piece by hand, prepare each package for shipping, then deliver them in-person to our central post office. We also manage every other aspect of this art business, like communications, website management, online sales, social media, scheduling, public relations, etc, etc. All of this is on top of operating three other art businesses and a brick & mortar shop in the historic French Quarter. We can do all without the benefit of an outsourced production team or bots because we are organized, but we need your help. ALL of the info you need regarding Ordering can be found below, in the Listing Details, and/or in your Order Details.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬
• Ready to Ship | ships in 5 business days
• Ready To Ship with Customization (i.e., chain length, finish, etc) | ships in 5-10 business days
• Made To Order | ships in 10 business days
• 🚫 Rush Production. Upgrading shipping to USPS Priority Mail at checkout typically decreases shipping transit time, but does not decrease the amount of production time we need to create your handmade item. This is out of fairness to each of our customers who placed orders before you.
• 🚫 Customs

• Unsure whether it's "Ready to Ship" or "Made to Order"? Listings note this in the description, in addition to being organized in the appropriate catalog on our Home Page. Feel free to inquire if you need clarification.
⁠• USPS Priority Mail upgrade will typically speed up the transit of a package (typically 1-3 business days), but it does not reduce our production or processing times.
• If you have placed an Order, your anticipated shipping time is listed in your Order details.
• You will receive Shipping Notification once we have prepared your Order for shipping, which will contain your tracking number. Your tracking number can also be found in your Order History.
⁠• We are not responsible for postal service delays. Once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control how long it takes to arrive to your address. However, feel free to reach out and we'll send you info on how to file a Missing Mail request with USPS.
⁠• All communications must be through ETSY CONVO. Please don't send us messages on social media or email about your Order.
